A complete heating kit for your tank, using the insulation tape, tape your heat mat to the back of your tank, 3-4cm above the substrate line.
Place your insulation mat over the top of the heat mat and stick down using the insulation tape.
 
Both the insulation tape and mat are heat proof. Insulating your heat source can save up to 30% of heat loss by forcing the heat back into the tank.
