    Orders are shipped between Monday and Thursday. The processing time for orders ranges from 2 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the volume of orders in the system. Shipments are scheduled as follows: - Priority & Express Postage: Monday, Wednesday - Standard Postage: Tuesday, Thursday If you need your order urgently, please choose priority packing or express post options.

  • Do you ship Australia wide or internationally?
    We provide shipping services across all states in Australia. Regrettably, international shipping is not available at this moment.
  • A product has arrived damaged
    We regret to hear about the issue with your order. Kindly contact us promptly so that we can expedite the replacement of the damaged item. It is important to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package in the event of a damaged item. It is essential to mention that certain items, such as Star Fish, Cuttlefish Bone, Sand Dollar, and Sea Urchin, will not be replaced if they arrive damaged. Despite being broken, these items remain suitable for consumption by your hermit crabs.
  • What is the best way to store the foods I purchased?
    It is strongly advised to store our products in their original packaging within a sealed container to maintain freshness and prevent potential bug infestation or mold growth. Our artisanal mixes can last up to 18 months when stored appropriately.
  • How do I measure my hermit crabs shell?
    Shells should be measured horizontally across their widest opening to determine their size accurately. Utilize a ruler, tape measure, or digital caliper to measure the interior of the shell's opening, excluding the edges from your measurements.
  • Why can't I find my shipping confirmation or tracking details?
    If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, it is likely that your order has not been dispatched yet. In case a considerable amount of time has passed, we recommend checking your email's junk or other folders, as our correspondence may inadvertently end up there.
